- I am my son’s mom and a local childcare coordinator for Cultural Care Au Pair in the Rehoboth Beach Delaware and surrounding areas. I have always been interested in cultural exchange and believe passionately that the au pair exchange program can be a truly rewarding childcare option. Although an exchange au pair may not be the best option for all families, it is one of the most affordable and flexible options to many parents facing the increase of child care costs and no flexibility with scheduling.
